1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on Jaydeep Imitation Jewellers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Products
We sell imitation (artificial) jewellery — pieces are gold, rose-gold or rhodium plated over a base metal alloy, not solid precious metal. Product images are accurate representations, though slight variation in colour and finish may occur due to screen display and the handmade nature of some techniques (such as kundan setting).
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay; Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible domestic orders.
4. Shipping
We ship across India and internationally to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and select European countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our checkout total.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Kaanchain and Rakhi are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective. Full details are available on your order page and in our FAQ.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled from your account before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must go through our standard returns process instead.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, photography, and content on this site are the property of Jaydeep Imitation Jewellers and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
8. Wholesale & B2B Orders
Retailers and wholesalers ordering in bulk are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of inquiry — see our wholesale page for details.
9. Limitation of Liability
Jaydeep Imitation Jewellers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
